You need an OpenAI Pro subscription and answers to the intake questions. We can send a setup video for the subscription step. From there, we handle the installation, configuration, connection, and rollout work.

How fast can it go live?

Most setups go live within about a week of scope approval. Some can be live in as little as 48 hours when the scope is tight and access is clean.

What does the $500/month cover?

Hosting, monitoring, bug fixes, skill updates, and active improvement. It is not just “keep the lights on” maintenance. The system gets better over time based on direct feedback and lessons from other live deployments we manage.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you leave, we hand over the files, configs, and system materials so you are not trapped in a platform dependency loop.

Is the data safe?

The system runs on isolated infrastructure rather than shared client environments. The client owns the data, the configuration, and the system. Nothing is shared across accounts.
